The immigration audit & compliance service includes the following pillars:
- Tracking of visa holders in the organisation
- Monitoring the validity of employees’ visas
- Monitoring wages, salaries and working hours of visa holders in compliance with immigration rules
- Compliance management of visa holder workers’ duties and responsibilities in accordance with Department of Home Affairs guidelines
- Adjustment, if necessary, of contracts or working arrangements to ensure alignment with Governmental changes should new immigration rules become enforced
- Identification of breaches to be amended by the regulations of visa conditions of each visa holder in your organisation
- Training provided to the organisation and visa holders/employees with regard to complying with their visa conditions
- Presential visit to your company from our Immigration Lawyer and team as and when necessary
Our motivation to provide this service was the opportunity to assist our corporate clients in complying with government immigration rules, in addition to avoiding issues with the Department of Home Affairs in the event where a surprise audit may be conducted by ensuring the business is sufficiently prepared.
It is important to note, that non-compliance with immigration rules can lead to criminal, civil and administrative penalties ranging from fines to imprisonment in extreme cases.
Our immigration audit & compliance service is offered in two modes:
- Immigration audit & compliance – Standard: this service is provided on a one-off basis and is finalised once the Immigration audit & compliance service report is provided to the business
- Immigration audit & compliance – Subscription: this service occurs monthly and on an ongoing basis. The subscription includes consultations (meetings) for Management and visa holder employers of your company on an as needed basis and without charge
