Principal
Ruslan (Ross) is an Immigration Solicitor and Registered Migration Agent specialising in corporate, individual and business migration in addition to general global mobility matters, including audit and compliance associated with sponsoring foreign nationals.
Having worked in several law firms including Fragomen, and the big Four (KPMG), Ross has a wealth of experience in all areas associated with Australian immigration law, with over 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Being a migrant from Tajikistan, Ross has developed a strong passion for immigration matters and understands the importance of deciding to call Australia home. He ensures that all his clients receive the personalised service, care, and attention they deserve. Ross’ mission is to ensure that his clients fully understand their immigration journey and achieve their desired immigration outcome.

Born and raised in Sydney, Claudia studied International Business and Accounting at Macquarie University. Claudia has been working with Crystal Migration for almost 2 years and has played a crucial part in the growth of the company.
She is the Immigration Manager at Crystal Migration and helps clients with her vast experience across various visa types (TSS, Partner visas, GTI etc).
Claudia believes they business’ success is a true testament to the hard work, diligence and ethic of our colleagues and in particular, the owner – Ross.

Yuri Kozak

After living in sunny Brazil for the majority of his life, Yuri moved to Sydney in 2018 as a Marketing student and received both, a bachelor in business administration as well as a masters degree in human resource management.
Since arriving in Australia, Yuri has had the opportunity to work in a number of companies which deal directly with foreign audiences such as an international student agency, a student accommodation company and a school for international students.
Yuri began working for Crystal Migration in 2019. He has now worked his way up to being the company’s knowledge manager.

I came to Australia with the purpose of finishing an English course and then return home. Little did I know that Australia was going to become my second home. I studied Law in my home country, Venezuela, where I lived my whole life.
I have had the chance to travel around the world and live in a couple of places. After meeting my partner in Australia, I had the amazing opportunity to become a permanent resident of this beautiful country. It was during this process that I discovered my passion for visas and helping others achieve their migration goals in Australia.
I am soon to complete my studies in Migration Law and Practice.

I would love to travel to pre-colonial times and experience the cultures of the world as they were before contact with the outer world.

Antarctica! I would love to see penguins in their natural habitat.

I would be a bird. The idea of being able to fly fascinates me.

I am the youngest of 7 children and I have a twin sister.

I was fortunate enough to work in the Migration Industry 6 years ago and this stimulated my passion for the industry and my desire to work in the field.

Born and raised in the city of Santos, in the coast of São Paulo, I’ve always been interested in communication, management and getting to know new cultures and venturing into other countries. At 17 I moved to Canada to study Marketing, when I graduated, I returned to Brazil and started a social media agency. I decided to become more professional and started studying Advertising at USC (Universidade Santa Cecilia) in Santos.
In 2023, I decided to move to Australia looking for new challenges, until I joined the Crystal Migration team, where I ended up becoming interested and enjoying the work routine.
Chhounkim (Kim) Chea
Admin Assistant
Born and raised in Cambodia, he spent most of his life living there until finishing High School. Afterward, he moved to Sydney in 2018 to pursue further studies. He has received his bachelor’s degree in IT. A new addition to the Crystal Migration Training team, performing admin tasks as well as providing assistance to the clients
