Victoria’s 2025–26 skilled migration program is now open to applicants in Victoria and overseas.
The Australian Government’s Department of Home Affairs has provided Victoria a smallinterim allocation. Victoria’s full allocation for the 2025-26 program is expected to be confirmed by the Department of Home Affairs in the coming weeks. Once confirmed, we will publish the full program details.
Interim allocation:
- Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190): 200 places
- Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 491): 180 places
Existing Registration of Interest (ROIs)
Active ROIs will remain valid for consideration under the 2025-26 program. A new ROI is only required if the information you previously provided has changed.
New applicants
To be considered for nomination, applicants must:
1. Meet the current eligibility requirements
2. Submit a SkillSelect Expression of Interest (EOI)
3. Submit an ROI via the Live in Melbourne portal
