Understanding Caveats
Caveats are conditions that apply to certain visa occupations. The conditions range depending on the industry, occupation and visa type.
Company’s Responsibility in Meeting Caveats
Although the caveats are conditions on the occupations, the sponsoring companies must be able to fulfill the caveats for the occupations that are being offered to the nominees.
Failing in Fulfilling Caveats may result in the refusal of nomination application.
